Mike D. grabbed the money M.C.A. snatched the gold. I grabbed two girlies and a beer that's cold.

Unless that guy (that one, if you will) in the middle becomes President (and let's be honest that'll never happen) I'm thinking we finally found our change at point guard.

Quick Hitters and Random Thoughts

--Although it was cancelled VH-1 is coming back with another season of whatever Denise Richards' reality show is titled. Consider yourself blessed.

--FIFA '09 is my video crack of choice, but if anything can get me off that and onto something else it's the Beatles on Rock Band. But clearly Heidi Klum's Guitar Hero commercial >>> A-Rod, Kobe, Phelps and Hawk's commercial.

--Heroes has been a mixed bag for a while now, but two producers were canned and creator/executive producer Tim Kring is supposed to be more hands-on. And get this they may even let some characters die, not Heroes die, but real world die and that's a very good thing.

--Liz Lemon is going to date Don Draper?!

--We can thank Courtenay Semel (daughter of some Yahoo! founder and current Tila Tequila's shot of love) for this awesome addition to the always classic, "Do you know who I am?"
"Do you even know who I am, f**king idiot?...Google me, you dumb f**k." - She busted that out to a security guard at Pure.

--In this corner we have 180-pound Brad Sciullo. In that corner we have a 15-pound Denny's Beer Barrel Pub hamburger that with toppings and the bun comes to a total weight of 20.2 pounds. Four hours and 39 minutes later Brad defeated the meat monstrosity. For finishing the burger in less than five hours he won all of $400, three T-shirts and a certificate. Obviously it was well worth it.

--We've gone far too long without any Nadine Velasquez pictures...

--If you're keeping score at home...legal prostitution voted down in San Francisco....same-sex couples can get married in California, but not Arizona...Michigan is the 13th state to legalize medical marijuana...if you have 6 months or less to live in Washington you can now request lethal medication...and in the year 2008 South Carolina has decided to go on and raise the age of sexual consent from 14 to 16.

--Brandon Marshall's biggest contribution last week was, "I don't know what Peezy is....Joey."

--Wait, wait, wait, Keyshawn Johnson is getting his own interior design show on A&E?! Someone gets paid to greenlight stuff like this?

--King of the Hill may move to ABC?! King of the Hill is still on with new shows?!

--Joe Mesi was running for a senate seat in New York?!

--Win or lose Joe Calzaghe is going to have a good Saturday night.

--Here's something we haven't seen from Friday Night Lights yet...In Idaho over the weekend Nampa and Emmett High were playing when an official made an apparently controversial call in the fourth quarter. Nampa RB Kip Ramos started jawing with some of the Emmett players when Kip's coach came to break it up. Yeah, Kip wasn't down with that so he beat down his own freakin' coach. Arrest ensued for felony aggravated battery.

--Of course, a nudist group wanted a clothing-optional polling site.

Questions, comments or if you're eating at Babbo and Mesa Grill in New York this weekend and know sometimes life is just f'n good...

Fox has yet again cancelled a show and let crappy ones continue. King of the Hill isn't the greatest show, but its light years ahead of American Dad. At least they actually write comedy instead of linking 30 minutes of random pop culture references like Family Guy.
